In the process of removing the rear leafs to replace, I found that someone hit the one u-bolts with insane amounts of torque and bent the plate (as well as pulled the nut into the hole!!!)

Does anyone have a driver's side plate available (preferably near the midwest, so shipping is quick) ?

In case it matters, it's a '71 Dart 318 2 door.
