They are DAMN heavy! I replaced the heads with the engine in the car. Tried to go over the fender and it pulled my feet off the ground. Had to stand on the K member and lower them on that way. And if the OP does buy one, just make sure you don't get a Canadian special hydraulic cam engine. That valvetrain is a PITA!
