I am looking for either a 340 or 360 engine block for a project. It can be a bare bones block with no internals, but I want something that is not cracked. The 340 would obviously be preferred, but I will consider either option if it is a good deal. Let me know if you have something or know where something is. Thanks.

I have a 70 340 block bored 60 over with main caps, steel crank, rods and pistons to match the current bore I might consider selling. Am located maybe 50-60 miles from Fredericksburg
 
I have a standard bore 1973 long block with Thermoquad intake and 1972 340 carb. Will ship from central California. $1,500. This is an unstamped motor cast 2/9/73 and is an internally balanced cast crank motor (yes, really)

This engine was in my GTS when we bought it in 1983 and removed in 1990. It has been stored inside since then.

Thanks for the information. That is a little above the range I was hoping to spend at the start, but let me see what comes up locally or within driving distance for me first. Thanks again.
