Dad died at 69 years old and had ZERO interest in computers, so I would suspect she may have limited computer skills? And that's how 99% of research is done.

Hopefully whomever is helping her does it right. I can only think of one elderly person I know personally who has no ties at any level to the internet. But that's my perspective....

Just recently I went to go look at an issue for a friends mom's car in her garage. In that garage sitting in the corner was an old BMX bike. We spent more time talking about the bike than I did fixing the loose battery connection on the car.... It was on her list to let Goodwill have it. It's an all original Mongoose from the 70's. Not a $5.00 bike.

Something like this BMX I can easily see slipping through the cracks. But an old Mustang I don't. The word Mustang is known worldwide just like the name Michael Jackson.

However it ends I just hope she was treated fairly...
