ANd may be she just wanted them gone without the hassle of selling them to the highest bidder. That's why many survivors have auction companies liquidate the assets. One and done. It's all gone and they get a check.

Rip the bandaid off is a quick way to move on that I don't disagree. Did it with my business. However what typically happens is these Auction companies survey what you have and if it's high ticket items they will move these outside of the general auction. That's seems to be the norm today....

An example could be a automotive enthusiast with a stockpile of tools in the estate auction and not a Snapon or Mactool to be found. The things that are left were picked over. Everyone has their own story and angle. It's just how I see situations like this... I hope we get updates on the cars anyway....
