Because it holds more than one round? Is not muzzle loading? I started saying this 20 years ago. The dimotards are not happy with "reasonable" gun regulations. They won't be happy until we are down to chained -to- the - wall black powder muzzle loading single shot smooth bore rifles, and then they will tax the XXXXX out of THEM, and make it illegal to store more than 1oz of powder in your home.
