Long story short i purchased a set of bows from a member a long while back for my 63 dart and threw them on a shelf. Brought them down yesterday and they are missing one. Has anybody ever made one as i wouldnt be looking to buy a whole set. Thanks.

I have, but, out of another headliner bow from a different model. I got one longer and had to shorten and rebend it a bit.

all it has to do is 'bow' into the receivers and support 2 lbs of headliner. Probably make one out of 1/8 sprue

I'd love to help but being I an not an expert I need to "bow" out of this.
LOL!

I was looking in my scrap pile. Its looking close to 3/16th steel stock. Sadly i dont have a piece long enough to try but it bends and keeps its shape fairly well.

Would a CB antenna whip work, most are stainless steel.
