Here are some of the rods I took off today. I have a bunch more in engines and in the shed somewhere , These were in the garage . AC is on gave me something to do inside. You can have what ever you want but you have yo pay shipping. You can see what I was talking about the bumps on top. The smaller the bump the less porosity between the pin and rod. These are all 68 through 71 pistons and rods. I have many more of the 72-73 all floating pins. I can throw what ever you want in the sonic cleaner. These rods are $5 each plus flat rate rod
All the rods I ever broke were large bump rods. Years ago I would go through all the motors and take the small bumps for my motors to build. You'll find that information in one of the small block books from years ago. I have all the books stashed here somewhere. someone already asked for the books . So they are spoken for when I uncover them in this mess when we move to the new shop.
