Rhinodart may correct me but the ScatPack stickers came from a program setup by Dodge. The new owner of a Scatpac car, GTS, Coroney etc had to sign up. The cars didn’t come from the factory with the sticker however some dealers installed the stickers on some of their showroom cars.
