Alrighty, I measured the same as ur pic. The outside holes are approx 11 1/8 inch ctc. The inside holes are 9 7/8 Inch ctc. The cutout may not be in the same place. I also measured from the outside bolt hole to the tip of the cutout. Left side 2 in. Right side 1 1/2 in. Kim
