I want to thank all you guys that made suggestions on how correct drain tube issue mounted a fitting and hose where flange used to be i think it will work silicone has to dry as usual you guy's on this website come to the rescue
 
Same here, looked a long time and finally repaired mine with 3M weatherstrip adhesive.
