Back when I was a seasonal "feeder"driver for UPS (that's truck driver to most of us) I was on an overnight turn from Oshkosh to Chicago and back.
One morning about 4:30am I was really sleepy with 25 miles to go on the run when I got passed by a C-47 from the Cambodian Royal Air Force!
The fuselage was strapped to a Dodge diesel pulling a flatbed trailer followed by two wings on another hot shot and a third carrying the tail and two engines.
That's funny. One time while on Final approach into Ramstein Air Base in Germany, we got passed by a BMW. We were doing about 150 knots (165ish MPH) at about 750 feet AGL when a BMW on the Autobahn to the left passed us. He had to be doing 180.
