Stop in for a cup of coffee

Knowing Chris, he's using can of carb cleaner and a lighter to weld....

Good welder with good equipment = good welds. If one good and other OK= Ok Welds
If both suck....
Lincoln Pro 180 mig, Argon mix. .025 wire.

OK, what kind of welder, how much voltage, size of wire. Circuit amps, running through a extension cord, Co2 or Argon/co2, pushing the weld or pulling? That's it so far.
see above^. 30 amp, 240 volt, pushing the weld. No extension cord, 6 feet from the break box.
Chris here is the clamp I was explaining. You can see remnants of weld on the base. That is where you tack it to the lower of the two pieces. Then simply screw down on to the offending raised piece. It will then succumb to your will. We call it heat and beat! (Que Karl) Thanks

To keep my floor pans tight till I tacked them I set a cinder block on them. LOL
I did that as well haha, problem is the back side. Talked to OMR, probably gonna use a floor jack and a 2x4 to put upward pressure on the the floor pan
