Some of my 1/18 A-bodies
I built a bunch of models when I was a lad, almost all of them gone now. I mostly have die-cast models today - spares me the work of paint and assembly. These are a few I have on the top of the hutch of my office desk. These are all 1/18 except for the 1/43 56 Plymouth. I have a couple more 1/18 scale Mopars on my desk, and another dozen 1/25 scale Franklin Mints in an enclosed case, including a 57 Chrysler 300 convertible, a 56 DeSoto Adventurer, a 53 Buick Skylark convertible, the Ala Karte, the Little Deuce Coupe, the Rod & Custom Dream Truck and the Hirohata Merc. And a 65 Valiant factory promo.
The small trophy behind the 56 Chrysler 300 was my Dad's, for being a class winner at the drags in the spring of 1957 with his 56 D500 Dodge.
