Granted...... I’m looking at a pic on my phone...... so it’s probably fine...... but...... do those locks actually fit these retainers?
The retainers look like they might be for 10* locks.
Yep they fit...7 degree. We pulled several off the shelf until we found one that fit.
The springs are LS7 but fit Gen3 Eagle head's, too. Came from Richard Petty Racing. Retainers have a GM application, too.
I'm going to see how they work on my long valve W2 head's. The Crower springs that were on these head's had an installed height of 1.9...these should be the same.
If this works I'll have about $100.00 in springs, retainers and locks. The PSI springs alone sold for $450.00 a few laps ago.
Budget friendly.
Edit... these springs willl work on an LS7 but originally were used on a Dodge NASCAR engine R5P7? Ran at Atlanta 2009 IIRC.
