AC guinea pig...

I have AC!! Kinda...lol..
A least it's all installed...
Tomorrow morning I'll head down to HF and get the stuff to charge the system..
In hindsight I would have gotten a different evaporator had I known I was going to be mounted under the dash. This was actually meant to be in the back and have tubes that ran forward. But after much debate (the master debate LOL..) The hottest part in the car is the firewall and having that air sucked away and blown out as cold is going to help tremendously. I still plan to get some round directional vents. I sat in the passenger seat and I have plenty of room so it's not as invasive as it may look....
if I get the car painted in the next year or two I'll be disassembling the whole car so at that point I'll have the system evacuated and likely just change the evaporator...
Now let's keep our fingers crossed that this thing holds vacuum...
