Hurst 3836 64-67 A-Body Shifter

Looking for pics of this shifter, any other info, and any parts.

I have 67 Barracuda with a bench seat, it's a factory 4 speed and would have come with an Inland shifter.

Early on, among other things, the Inland was replaced with an aftermarket Hurst.

The Hurst does not have a bolt on handle, or a push in handle. It is not the same as the 68-up shifters. Many of you already know this.

The chrome handle is part of the shifter, and the weld at the bottom on some partially covered the 3836 number.

It came with the 2298 mounting block.
The rods are not the same as the 68-up rods. One can use those rods, but would have to use the 6350 block.

I have 2, one with 2 rods, one with no rods, different numbers stamped into the cases.

I have seen one other version with the same handle, but instead of Hurst it shows Indy. Looks exactly the same though.

Mine has the white ball with the clear top, appears to be a little bigger than the standard white ball, and I noticed another version with a groove in the lower half of the ball and it doesn't have the brass thread insert.

I also noticed, on both, you can set the shifter to neutral with a screwdriver, same as other shifters, but reverse doesn't have a hole in the center, only one that doesn't.

I'm missing the correct reverse rod, but I'm not sure of the #.
