1953 new Yorker 5.7 hemi 545 upgrade

Welcome to the camp.
I don't know anything about Swap Secialties. Don't they have any customer support? Seems they owe you some answers.
As already mentioned, Hotwire has been making these Hemis work for over 10 years.
You might consider changing to the Holley Sniper stand alone system.
You should post a separate thread here on FABO in the new Hemi Swap section.
There is a Facebook G3 Hemi group with a lot of smart people. Same thing, post your symptoms and they'll help you.

No offense, but I've been reading stories like this for 10 years. I went with the Chrysler wiring kit becsuse it's just about plug and play and I don't want to go through this. It works on passenger car engines 2013 and newer. You can buy the components separately too. (Unlocked ECU, wire looms, etc.) It does not support transmission control though. There is a guy in the Facebook group that has standalone transmission controls figured out. I think he goes by New German Engineering.
Good luck.
Thanks for your help, this is a strange swap. I have paid for 3 PCMs 3 pedals and throttle bodies.
I bought the mopar thumb drive with wiring and pinouts ,we found 1and 5 on the throttle body crossed and one wire from the pedal did not have continuity to c2 .now this is where it gets crazy,
We took out the plugs out of number 1 to see if it's firing, the engine made maybe 2 turns and cranked and set there idling it ran as long as we wanted but we could not give throttle.
We put the plugs back and it will not run pull out and it runs.
After studying the only thing we came up with is maybe the crank sensor is bad or maybe the battery is weak and not spinning the motor fast enough. We replaced the crank sensor and made sure the battery was hot and put jumpers to another hot battery, would not run.
Pulled the plugs and it sat and idled .
My friends in California said it will not start if The pedal is not programed. Can you direct me to the right guys that that can maybe lay hands on it and heal it or maybe an exercist
Thank you Ken IMG_20200214_093640.jpg
