I know this is not a for sale ad but I am desperate to find this car. 68 RT charger originally silver black interior console shift numbers matching was missing the gauge pod. Rear frame rails were rusted and the lower part of the quarters were cut out badly. This car has been in my family it’s whole life and I let it go a little more than 10 years ago sold out of new Palestine Indiana two I believe someone in Michigan. Was black with gold accent striping and red primer hood and decklid when sold. I found the Vin number. XS29l8b407844

Good luck. Got a vin number you can run thru carfax? Otherwise it's a needle in a haystack craps shoot.

If you have the VIN from old paperwork still in your possession, hire a Private Investigator to check it for you. They can find more than Google, and the same thing a law enforcement officer can. A police officer cannot run it just out of the blue like they could in the old days. They have to have very good reason or they can get in deep do do for trying to simply help a buddy out. Good luck with your search.

Ten years ago. It could already be Re-Stored. 2nd gen Chargers are pretty much the most sought after. Good Luck Though.
