Stop in for a cup of coffee

Found issue with AC. Earwig crawled in, shorted the points and burned them out.

[QUOTE="MOPARMITCH, post: 1973070720, Only drove it 4k last year when I got it. Guess I need to git a Life.......[/QUOTE]

You're doing good! I put less than 200 on my Caddy in the last year! Time to sell it! Anybody need a 2012 SRX with 51k on the clock?

Man... I really really really screwed up when i was 17. I mean big time. I was running the numbers from if I'd signed up for the Military TSP at 17 until of waiting until I was 30. Son of a Gun, I lost out on nearly 180,000 dollars. :BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead:

for me or for the TSP?
LOL, well that was a legit question after rereading... for the TSP.. She contacted her pension side, but the TSP side is a whole different animal. Being Federal, you know how easy it is to get to talk to someone who actually knows what they are supposed to know. Frustrating is a simple word just for her pension side. We are hoping the TSP side is better and can actually answer questions.

Actually, I found the folks at TSP to be very helpful and knowledge. Little to no hold times too. Both of these are very surprising. (877) 968-3778 is the number. She'll select federal employee, not military. She will however, need her TSP account number and special account access code. If she doesn't have both of those, she can request them. They have to mail them certified mail to your home of record so it takes about 2 weeks or so to get. Without that information, they can't give account specific, just answer general questions. Once shes got that, she can also log in to the TSP website and see her data in real time, which is nice.

Awesome! Thanks Chris! It has been a challenge to find the numbers she needs to call. Like I said her pension side was a complete joke to talk with. They couldnt answer any of her questions and couldnt transfer her to anyone else or provide a phone number of anyone that may know the answers. She has military time as well which she bought back so thats rolled in somehow to all of this.

it is possible to have both a military TSP account and a federal civilian account, I believe they can combine them into one by request. Something to look into at least

Been great here! Work is insane with the amount of major projects we have happening. 1 is a $7.5m job, the other $4.7m. Not to mention all of the smaller 6 figure projects we have. This summer has been flying by because of them, but I kind of like the business of it. Home life is great as well. Been to damn hot to take Grimace out though. Its just not as enjoyable to drive the car when your sweating to death.
