In the IT business we use RTFM "Read The F++king Manual"
The parts sites are great reference also...Summit, Jegs, Rockauto ect
I get people asking how the new printer I just set up for them works, and I hand them the instruction book and they say “I don’t want to read all that”.
Then I ask them if they want me to charge them the time to read it, and then explain it to them.:D
