Well I absolutely love my v gate shifter, but it's becoming a bit of a hassle to get my foot off of the gas pedal and on to the break without my knee knocking on it....
The bracket brings it a couple inches if not a few over towards the driver and a couple inches forward... comfortable spot for shifting but when I go to get my foot off the gas pedal pins my knee so I can't easily get my foot on the brake...
I have the pistol grip shifter but the novelty of that wore off within the first 6 months that I had it. I really like the comfort of the ball shifter but now I have the nitrous activation button on the v gate. I went ahead and ordered a ball with the momentary switch on it and I'll see how that works... It's getting mostly Street driven now anyways so the v gate is not necessary...
