What Are You Doing To/With Your Car Today?
I've been riding around with 3" rear wheel studs ever since I bought the 8.75 about 7 years ago. The guy I bought it from said he had planned to race it and racetrack tech requires long studs. From what I've read, the stud must stick out at least as much as the width of the nut.
Anyhow, I finally took the time to cut them off, leaving them a bit long in case I ever make it to the track. No fancy air tools for me, just a sawsall and a file :)
