Well it's good to have friends/family in those places. When I had the zerk fitting on my loader fall off I had to wait until they had a scheduled trip out this way before they serviced it. Fortunately it only took a week.

yeah, on site service calls do take longer here too. We just call and say hey, can we bring it in? which they say sure, service department on site at dealer has like 20 people, service calls off site, they send 1. and its dependent on call order and where the service trucks are in the area.
