Visited with my engine block today....


This is Gary the shop owner... he's installing locating dowels in the main bearing saddles on a John Deere engine. The Rottler is making circular cuts in the block with a very small cutting tool. Amazing what this machine can do.


Got my heads and valves today. They look good.

And I got my Richard Petty-sourced valves springs rated... might be a bit stiff for my needs right now.

Plus I shot a couple photos of the shop...
