69 barracuda rear seat brackets

I have a 1969 barracuda that some one put 1973 dart seats in but do not hook in mounting points correctly or at all, looking to purchase correct seats maybe from a 67,68,or preferably 69 barracuda are 67,and 68 mounting point the same

67-69 barracuda coupe rear seat back upper hooks, lower folding tabs, and lower seat cushion retaining hooks are all the same, and in the same locations for all 3 years. I have a 67 and a 69, so I can verify that as being correct.

What about 1968 dart seat set up is that also the same on rear seat tabs

So what I’m looking for maybe u can help is 1969 barracuda rear seats I have the covers just thought I’d ask work a shoot there is someone close to me selling 1968 dart front and rears for 250$

Dodge dart rear seat will NOT fit 67-69 barracuda. It attaches similar, but the frame is different enough that it will not work. You need a 67, 68, 69 barracuda coupe rear seat. Been there tried that. My 67 barracuda didnt come with any seats front or rear. I bought a rear seat frame from a 2 door valiant and tried that. It was different as well. Different enough that I would have to modify the seat frame to fit.

If your patient, and keep checking the classifieds here, especially where people are parting out a barracuda coupe, the correct seats pop up from time to time. It took me awhile before a rear seat popped up, and even longer for some correct 67 bucket seats to pop up.

You cannot use convertible or fastback rear seats. 67-69 barracuda coupe rear seat fits only barracuda coupe. The coupe seat frame is the same for all 3 years. Only difference is the upholstery design for all 3 years. If you find a 67 or 68 coupe rear bench, the frame will fit your 69 coupe.

The good news is when people are parting these cars, a rear bench seat frame is typically the last thing anybody wants. Prices for one are pretty inexpensive, shipping can be high though. Shipping it greyhound can help keep the cost down.

How about front seats? Or are you just enquiring about the rear bench?

Want to say u really been helpful, so I bought 69 dart split bench for front seat they seem to fit as I reinstalled rears after upholstery realized had fitting issues why I have been asking questions. There is a guy in Bozeman Mont he has been selling his 67 barracuda seats for about 2 years wants 1000$ pretty steep
