Last time I got to see an ocean landing For USA astronauts was February of 1975. I was almost 12 years old. God speed and a safe landing!

This is taking longer than I thought. All the boats out there gawking! Maybe the next landing should not be announced!

Just to know the booster used to send them to the space station, has already been Successfully re-used prior to their arrival Back on earth is phenomenal.

This side of the planet (VAFB) has been very quiet in the Space activities this year. There's a Delta IV Heavy scheduled sometime in the "last quarter" of 2020. When they do determine when that launch is I will be perched on a mountain side to watch. I have 3 years of my youth invested in that launch complex and I want to see it operational :D.

Unfortunately SLC6 is a little further down the beach behind that hill. I did get to see a night launch of the Falcon 9 from the complex on the right, that little box at the crest of the hill is the top of the Mobile Service Tower at SLC4. Next year VAFB has a "Launch of the Month" thing goin' on :D.

Spacex has the mojo going on right now! Hope it continues!

Does Vandenburg have a public launch schedule?

Well I'll be darned if the USAF didn't have Minuteman target practice at Kwajalein Atoll last night just after I conked out. I thought I heard something unusual

Headed over to Huntsville to see the museum next week. Been there once but the Wife has not.

Another Spacex launch on Thursday, I hope.
