Im an Aussie trying to get some specific steering/ suspension parts for my 68 Barracuda.Looking Rock Auto and see they offer a few brands...Im guessing price isnt always a good gauge of quality, and dont want to buy parts that finally get here and dont fit ( Ive just read a thread re this further down) I need specifically a pitman arm...and some strut bar bushes..Looking at Energy brand and heard good things about them...I assume Moog has moved everything offshore now?Leave ACDelco and Delphi... without starting a huge hate fest could I get some thoughts please? Want to get cruising again now while the weather is fantastic, and we have a partial backing off from the Covid mess

Don't dismiss Delco. I bought their product and was impressed with the quality.

I would go with PST.
They are even a sponsor of this site and you can get a discount.
Personally, I would never buy anything suspension related from Spicer again.
After changing upper and lower ball joints 3 times and they still were loose, I went with Moog and they were perfect.
And Spicer didn't seem to care or offer an explanation or apology either.
Never again!
Also, I wouldn't buy the cheaper stuff that you find on E-Bay, they don't last........

Pro Forged seems to be good. I've used Mevotech, they were OK. Some Moog is still good.

I don't think PST makes much of what they sell, not that that's a bad thing. There is another member here who works for PST, maybe he will chime in.

One thing I do is search Rock Auto for the brand and part # you want, and then type that into Amazon's search engine. I can usually find what I'm looking for, and the free shipping usually offsets any difference in price (although not all the time!)

I don't know if Amazon shopping is any faster or more reliable for you down under guys though...

ACDelco SUCKS. So does Rock Auto. I ordered six LCA bushings from Rock Auto late last year. ACDelco bushings have a lifetime warranty. One of the six has the current problem that has plagued them and Moog, the inner sleeve is too big. Rock Auto replace it because I didn't install it soon enough. ACDelco won't warranty it because I didn't buy it from them. I've likely spent my last dime with Rock Auto.

ProForged is about the only brand that doesn't seem to have this problem, or it hasn't cropped up yet...

If you have any questions about our product lines please let me know. Many of the manufacturers that we use we have been in a working relationship for 30 plus years and are some of very ones that pro-forge uses. All products we offer we back against craftsman ship and defects.

Thanks
