A lot of guys paint these cars a bright modern shade of lime green and it just doesn’t quite look right. Doesn’t look period correct and doesn’t look right to be honest. That shade of green is absolutely perfect. Someone had very good taste restoring that one. A 440 in a A body is going to be a lot of fun.

Lol, yeah the duster will always have a spot in my heart! It is a fun car, but this one is a blast and the fact one of my best friends built and owned it really makes it a bit special already.
I agree some colors just do not work on these cars and Dan chose this color to stay with a real factory look as that was his goal with the build, make it appear is if it was ordered this way.
He liked the one of none types. He did the same style with a 440-6 pack 70 Polara 4 speed! Awesome car too! I wish he was still around, he sure built some awesome cars besides being a great friend. Thanks for the kind words on the dart!
