1969 Plymouth Valiant Passenger Fender
A '70 is similar, but not the same.
The marker light hole is bigger on a '70, as well as the ''L'' shaped bracket on the '70 (and '71) is spot welded towards the front of the fender on the inside near the front to mount the long hood latch brace/bracket that is not present on a '69 Valiant.
