If it’s stamped V 42 HP it’s a 1964 426 Street Wedge out of a Dodge or Plymouth. If it’s V 426 HP it’s a 426 Street Wedge out of a Plymouth or Dodge.

I'll look for the V - the stamping is pretty faint. I am also going to verify whether it has mech valve adjustment. There's definitely no "6" after the "42" but I've seen it that way on some internet pictures. Thanks for the help!
