RockAuto gets on base

I recently posted a thread about Rock Auto not refunding the proper amount of money to my account after a mistake was made in a order that was their fault. I am happy to say that after a somewhat cumbersome and lengthy attempt to get my money back I finally received a phone call back and they admitted their mistake and assured me they would be refunding all of my money and postage. So even though I'm not a big fan of not having a customer service person to talk to they did make it right eventually.
