Thanks for asking. Converter is balanced by itself. On the black plate weight is marked with white.
My action plan - to check the ignition (distributor) and to finetune the carb, looks like the fuel is way too reach. The vibration changed it’s nature, right now it’s only on the rpm slightly above the normal (not sure if it’s called stahl)
