69 dart 400 low deck 727 tq flite 130 tooth flywheel TTI headers , Tring to get right starter to fit work tried the RobbMc starter won't work not engaging with flywheel tried Oem starter to big won't fit clear headers , Denso starter not enough room headers again in way .. Anyone encountered this problem ?

What size headers... Have you tried 92 Dakota starter poor man's mini starter lol
 
I used the RobbMc on my low deck. Had to grind quite a bit on the block to get it to sit flush at the mount. It's noted in their instructions.
 
Hello I'm using the TTI block hugger headers the starter TTI recommended Robb mc 3005 would not clear at first I got it to turn the solnoid away from pan and headers after that the pinion gear was to far away to engage flywheel running 727 with 13o teeth converter

Yes I also did that open up C shaped side block as instructed .
