New postmaster general has pretty much eliminated overtime, and forced "by the book" route start times even if mail for that route is still being sorted, which then has to wait until the next day.
Eliminating overtime, not around here.
My regular mailman is telling me he's working 10-12 hour days, and lots of times 6 days a week.
Guess that postmaster general's memo hasn't got down to the local postmasters office, here in my city.
