Somewhat true I've been using a Fitech for a few years with no issues other than tuning which I didn't understand and caused the problem myself. Looking at the Sniper for my C10 because I thought they were a better unit
Yes, the Sniper is a much better unit than the FiTech. Better quality, better support, more features, etc. I've helped install a few FiTech units and I always grit my teeth when I have to work on one. They are cheap Chinese crap. The Sniper occasionally has some quality issues out of the box but parts are easy to replace and not super expensive. If you buy from Holley or Summit there is usually no problems getting parts replaced under warranty. I'd never spend a dime of my own money on FiTech but I do have customers drag them in the door and insist on using them.
