What arrangements have you made for your mopars should you die

little bit more serious thought, then my first answer
not car related, but still

i have on sister, and two parents
me and my wife couldnt care less if one of us got a little more then the other one here or there, but my parents are much more into this whole concept of "fair"

so, several years ago my sister needed help and my parents gave her a certain amount of money, however much they could without the taxman needing a cut
so, the same day, they stopped by the notary and had them add that before anything gets divided after their demise, i need to get that chunk of change that my sister got, off the top

i think there may be a few more little stipulations like that, concerning housing and what not

now, my point is, a car is worth something, based on memories but it also has a certain monetary value

so if you have more then one child, put it in your will that jimmy gets the car, and that it has an agreed upon value of 15K (or 45 if is a B Body) and that number needs to be taken off the top

or leave it open, simply state the value of the car, and let the kids decide what that prefer
