Consistantly 100 degrees daily

I'm absolutely loving the hot days. I have made more progress on the valiant in the last two weeks of consistent 100 degrees, than i have some whole winters.

Its sad we only get a few months a year of really hot days. I function the best in the heat and I have a ton of energy. I love summer so much.

When you can power wash an engine and a half hour later it's bone dry is a good day. Paints, glues, body fillers and everything works better in the heat.

Cars start easier and get to temperature really fast....I love it, I love it all

Hope you have a great summer as well. It sounds good on your end! It takes a while for me to get used to some heat. When the humidity rises high, working in 80* heat produces a mad amount of sweat that leaves me dripping. Being covered in grease just makes it worse.

The weather extremes are hard to deal with. Fixing the equipment at work during the dead of winter and having a tool stick to your hand is very annoying. The cold bites and the hands just plane hurt. I think the worst night I had was a heavy repair around 3:00am with a temp that was in the area of -20* & 40 mph winds on average. I’d rather a plane old blizzard w/white out conditions.

On the flip side in the heat, here in NYC, temps at 95 plus is considered a heat wave. The addition of the high humidity is a true killer of folks. I was out doing some inspections just roasting in the heat. It made me dizzy. The lack of sleep and eats didn’t do me any favors. The A/C drain was dumping water like a faucet left on and I stuck m head under it for a good 40 minutes NOT being ABLE to leave.
