I usually buy a few Mopars "A-Bodies" throughout the year. All year there hasn't been anything that's really appealed to me in a decent price range. Below 10k.. As a matter of fact, there really hasn't been much of anything worth anything on Craigslist throughout the entire US all year long.

I've found some e-body and B body stuff, but decent, fair priced A-Bodies have been really pretty hard to come by.

It also seems even in slant 6 cars you can't get anything decent for under 5k. I think those days are over..

Hope next years better.

I haven't noticed much up in Waterloo either. Everybody is holding on to them I guess.

I drive mine. In rain, sleet, snow and 100degree temps. People tell me im crazy i tell 'em i havent had a car payment since ive turned 18.

And it's not just Mopars. I would have thought as bad as the economy is doing, prices would be DOWN

I just seen an 86 elcamino for 9k with a bone stock smog 305 and chrome moroso valve covers and a B&M quicksilver shifter.:wtf:

Come to the more door side....bwahaaaaaaa you know you want to

Yeah, despite the bad economy vehicle prices are still up, especially trucks. You can't touch a decent 5-8 year old truck without taking out a second mortgage.

And that's why I still have my 1994 C1500 after all these years

Just traded my '13 F150 in on a new Ram. It had 81k on it and was in nice shape other than the mechanical issues I've had. They gave me 20k for it and I'm glad to see it gone. I went with a new Ram because used ones were within a few thousand dollars and are running out of warranty.

Craigslist charging $5 to post a listing, combined with F/B Marketplace being free has hurt listings.
The fee has eliminated a lot of the scams, but also ran off a lot of the legit sellers.
I sold a jeep off F/B Marketplace in three days for free.
I was going to do C/L, but the fee and rules sucked. I didn't mind the fee as much as it would cost another $5 to bump the ad every three days.

They are still out there, just bought a decent 6 cyl Duster in Lincoln Nebraska a few weeks ago for a decent price, and it was under 5K.
Nice running slant, decent interior, you just have to have cash in hand when a car comes up for sale.

There seems to be a trend of people trying to get big money for rusted out 6 cylinder 4 door cars.
