restoring my 68 GTS, all new brake lines, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, I bench bled the master, bled all 4 wheels using vacuum pump because I didn't have anyone to pump the pedal, got fluid out of all wheel cylinders, adjusted all brakes, so far so good, now here's my issue I pump the pedal a couple of times everything is fine, release the pedal let stand for 5 seconds or so and the pedal goes to the floor, after only 2 pumps pedal returns to normal, after pumping the pedal I could stand on it and the pedal stays hard, as soon as I release issue
starts again, I checked for leaks, none, is it possible I still have air in the lines?, the only thing I did not replace was the distribution block it's original.

Yes, you still have air. I vacuum bleed & flush the brakes on my vehicles.
If it's a flush the vacuum system is fine.
If it's a bleed for replacement lines I always need a pedal flush to get all the air out.
You could try gravity bleed, just open bleeders with hose on them to a catch container. Just don't let the master run dry.

I you have drum brakes it can also be adjustment. I always adjust them up tight to bleed, and after getting a good pedal, finally back off the adjustment as needed. Make certain the bleeders are on the uppermost part of the cylinder/ calipers.

Assume a vacuum hand pump, slow stokes needed. Give it a gravity bleed for while with hoses connected off the bleeder screws. It may help you with no help! If you get it!

Set the emergency, then you might only need one pump to get firm pedal.
More Adjustment,
