Just kinda wondering..... did you check the actual intake where it bolts to? Did you try to level it any, to match housing? A lot of people dont even think about that...?
I checked intake surface 1st. Lazer straight. Just housing was warped @ both bolt hole ends. Sanded it on sandpaper over thick glass. Came out lazer straight!
