512-do you have a roller block?
stock lifters are good
most short hr will be longer than a ft for the same area
(just like using a .842 ft profile vs .904)
except for jones inverse e=radius hr profiles
regrind hr makes sense
find a 92-95 318 magnum core if you can use electric fuel pump
core choice is critical for regrinds or base circle gets small and you may go through heat treat
