An '09 Charger has Fresnel optics and a small reflector up front; needs a bulb that produces light rearward and frontward. Stick to stock bulbs for now; wait and see what comes from Tungsram.

In the brake lights you could try these. "Try" being the key word. You'll need to carefully assess the performance of these bulbs in your particular lamps by comparing them side-by-side with the original incandescents as reasonably well described here.

No separate flasher on the '09 Charger; the flashing function is controlled directly by the BCM. Which means if you want to run LED bulbs in the front and/or rear you'd have to hack in "load resistors". That's these, but I don't like the odds of what happens to reliability when we start piercing wires and hacking in resistors to fool the computer. Also, the resistors run very hot; don't start any fires. If you decide to do this, at least don't use the fold-over-and-crunch "Scotchlok" type wire taps. Much better, more durably trouble-free result if you use Posi-Taps instead. If you'll get this assortment, you'll suddenly find uses for them (they're one of those products that you buy for a particular project, but then other uses for them keep popping up in front of you once you have them).

Really, though, on that car I'd stick with stock. There are aftermarket LED lamp assemblies—all of them are fraudulent garbage. If you want to improve the front and rear signals, you can make 'em brighter without creating new problems; put 3457s in the brake/tail lights and 3457A / 3457NA in the front turns. Still incandescent, but 25% brighter than the stock bulbs.
