I was wondering if the Hood hinges can be removed without taking off the fenders and also does anyone make a spring hinge in the aftermarket world.

You might be able to remove them after removing the rear splash shield and if you can get your arm up there to remove the hinge retainer - maybe!
Haven’t seen one - yet. I am going with hydraulic lifts after removing the hinge torsion bars. It’s much easier to secure the lower lift bracket with the fenders off but I suppose with a right angle drill, it could be done with fenders installed and rear splash shield removed.
