I need a rear window crank for a 64 Valiant convertible. How late can I go in year.
Thanks all
Thanks all
Thanks. The existing rear crank is a little bit shorter than the front but I may have to go for a pair of fronts on the rear. I'll keep looking for a while thoughfor it to be the same as what you have up front 65 and 66 valiant are the same I believe
63-6 front cranks and the rears are shorter so convertible only there again 63-6I need a rear window crank for a 64 Valiant convertible. How late can I go in year.

I'LL TAKE IT, THANKS!!! Haha. Well Ok, at least I know I have more choices now. Thanks for the info 65 Cuda.A and B bodies used the same style window crank handles (and door pulls) 63-66. B bodies, including convertible, used the same window handles front and rear (or, at least, my 64 Polara convertible does). A bodies used a shorter handle on the rear windows (or, at least, my 65 Barracuda and 63 Valiant convertible use the same shorter rear window handles). Rear handles on A bodies are approximately 2 3/4 inches from center of knob to attaching bolt. Front ones are something like 3 1/2 (going by memory, so I don't have to go back to my garage to double check).
As I recall, C bodies also used the same style window and door handles in this time frame. Going by memory, they also used an even shorter crank for the front vent windows.
A body rears look like this:
