I remember growing up in Pittsburgh in the 70's and 80's and them dumping salt all over the place. The salt back then didn't work below 20 degrees, yet they would dump it below 0???
Now it’s even worse. They use sodium chloride or something that could probably eat a tank. You can see the white lines on the roads before upcoming storms. My Township relies on ash but I live in the country
