New electronic ignition install.....so basically the NEW BLUE WIRE....

Are you just now installing this, or did it run and then quit? If you don't have power with the switch in "run" than ti's likely the bulkhead connector or ignition swtich. Have you modified anything?

Just now installing. Car has been sitting for years so there could be a wiring issue in there somewhere. I was hoping not, buuuut there may be!
