I was surprised when i pulled it apart myself. The one I'm putting it has the long snout. I couldn't believe it actually had the eccentric on it and it was a TBI. Never know I guess....

Yeah, some had the eccentric and some didn't. Glad you got lucky there, now you will have a nice running van there with 4bbl and manual fuel pump.
