Looking to fabricate my own engine mounts,have some questions.

Streetmasters, MN made a mount to put a B/RB in a 65 A. It was a nested U channel of 2 different sizes fastened with a through bolt on one end, like a hinge. One side bolted to the K and the other side bolted the the ears of the block. Suppose you could make something like this and use an insulator between the K and the mount to give you a stock type mount. This style allowed you to manipulate the angle to match the K and the ears and then run the bolts through the ears. If you can cut the spool mounts off, you could run this style. Motor plates are cheap and you can move the motor if needed.
