Mech flat tappet lifters max pressure

Hello, i going the "easy way" with my engine build.
R block, mech flat tappet and i was woundering how much pressure you would safely run on a mech flat tappet lifters.
Seems like i'm going to get 160lbs installed spring pressure.
Would i need the tool steellifters?

I’ve run 180 on the seat with regular parts but it’s hard on the cam and lifters. For a drag only deal you just need to keep an eye on everything. Just don’t let it sit there and idle. For a street deal I wouldn’t go over 145ish, maybe 150.
